Refund policy
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within 5 days of the date your order was placed. If your order has not shipped you will be refunded in full. If your order has been shipped to you already, it will be treated as a return, as below.
RETURN
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as received by you; in original unopened packaging, unused and unworn.
To start a return, you can contact us at cynthia@simplygowns.co.uk We’ll send you instructions on where to send your package for you to arrange delivery to us at your own risk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received it will be inspected and we will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method the cost of the order minus original delivery cost incurred by us.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any part is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for face masks where the original box seal has been broken. We cannot accept returns on disposable gowns where the packaging has been opened. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (subject to conditions above) and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
